Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors must complete their booth booking with full payment before the deadline announced by the organizer. Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booth bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the signed contract and payment. Verbal commitments are not binding.

Cancellation by the exhibitor must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the cancellation policy stated in the exhibitor manual.

Two or more companies cannot exhibit in a single booth. Exhibitors cannot display promotional materials of companies not booked with the organizer.

Each booth includes: 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 bulbs, 1 power socket, 1 dustbin, company name fascia, carpeted booth, and air-conditioned hall (except Milky Way Hall).

Additional utilities (electricity, water, internet) and accessories are available at additional cost, as listed in the exhibitor manual.

Booth decoration may begin one day before the exhibition date, after lunch. Exhibitors using their own decoration company must have the company contact the organizer in advance.

Booth design, height, and signage are subject to organizer approval and venue restrictions. Email us for details before building custom structures.

Marketing and distribution of promotional material must be done from inside your booth. No banner or promotional item may be placed in the walkways.

Exhibitors should approach visitors only when they come to the booth. Do not disturb visitors engaged at another booth.

Exhibitors are responsible for local government registration and any permits or licenses required for their participation and products.

Exhibitors must comply with venue safety rules and the instructions of the organizer and venue authority at all times. The organizer reserves the right to remove any exhibit that violates these terms.
